Egypt Capital Holding:
A financial company established in 2010 in accordance with the Capital Market Law No. 95 of 1992 and its executive regulations (holding companies) to act as EBE's investment arm. EBE holds 99.995% of its issued and paid-up capital. Currently, the company’s portfolio is focused within the tourism sector.
El Alameya Holding for Development and Financial Investments:
A financial company established in 2010 in accordance with the Capital Market Law No. 95 of 1992 and its executive regulations (holding companies) to act as EBE's second investment arm. EBE holds 99.99% of its issued and paid-up capital. Currently, the company is focused on the real estate sector.
Beta Capital Holding for Ffinancial Iinvestments:
A financial company established in 2013 in accordance with the Capital Market Law No. 95 of 1992 and its executive regulations (holding companies) to act as EBE's second investment arm. EBE holds 99.99% of its issued and paid-up capital. Currently, the company’s investments are in the real estate sector.
Export Credit Guarantee Company of Egypt (EGE)
EBE's Law of establishment and articles of association stipulate that one of EBE’s mandates is "to establish and implement a system to secure/insure the Egyptian exporters against commercial and non-commercial risks caused by factors other than the exporter's own errors".
EBE has successfully fulfilled this mandate by establishing the Export Credit Guarantee Company of Egypt (EGE) - "Egyptian joint stock Company" in 1992, with a current ownership stake of 70.55%
The company's main services are:
• Export Credit Insurance (Short Term / Medium Term)
• Domestic Credit Insurance: To protect clients against non-payment risk on their domestic sales for the losses incurred on sales in the local market.
• Buyers investigation and credit opinion reports.
• Export debt recovery.

A factoring company established in accordance with Law No. 176 of 2018 and its executive regulations. EBE holds 60 % of its issued and paid-up capital.
The company's main services are:
• Domestic Factoring (with or without recourse)
• International Factoring: (Export Factoring / Import Factoring).
Al Masry for Real Estate Investments:
Established in 2012 in under the Companies Law No. 159 of 1981 and its executive regulations.
EBE holds a direct and indirect stake of c. 100%.
The company targets all real estate investment activities, including management and development.
A-Beta for Real Estate Investments:
Established in 2013 in under the Companies Law No. 159 of 1981 and its executive regulations. EBE holds a direct and indirect stake of c. 100%.
The company targets all real estate investment activities, including management and development.
Tourism Investment Company of Sahl Hashish (TICSH):
Established in 1994 under Law No. 230 of 1989 and its executive regulations. EBE holds an indirect ownership stake (through other subsidiaries) of 89.21%.
The company currently owns the renowned landmark 5+ star hotel "Oberoi Sahl Hashish Hotel" - Hurghada with a capacity of 102 luxury suites.
Egyptian Tourism Development Company (ETDCO):
Established in 1991 under the Companies Law No. 159 of 1981 and its executive regulations. EBE holds an indirect stake (through other subsidiaries) of 99.69%.
The company’s objectives target a wide range of investments and activities within the tourism sector. Currently, it is responsible for developing and managing EBE’s investment projects in Sahl Hasheesh – Hurghada.
